There is no garden or balcony. Bed linen, towels, and household linens are not provided. Street parking is available. Saint Michel Beach is just 500 m away, with restaurants and a beach bar nearby, plus a small beach popular with locals. The town center is only 150 m away, offering a fish market, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, grocery store, hairdressers, and ATM. The Batz church and Chapelle du Mûrier (with parking and a year-round market on Mondays, and also on Fridays in summer) are nearby. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Le Croisic is 5 km away, and Le Pouliguen and La Baule are 10–15 km away. Parties and events are not allowed, and pets are not permitted.
